• By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein. You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.
By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.
• Do not ask me to imitate another artist's style. You are commissioning me for my art style and my time.
• You, the client, will credit my art if used and will not claim my art as your original work.
Do not post the un-watermarked piece without crediting me.
• You, the client, may not use any of my art for commercial use unless you have my consent. Please discuss this and any commercial fees with me beforehand. Commercial fees will be priced higher than something purchased for solely personal use.
• You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.
• You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).
• I still retain the right to post and use my art. (Your ownership of any character(s) will be credited.) I still retain the right to use the art I've drawn for you, the client, as future 'commission examples'.
• Clients do not have the right to mint/sell my art for NFTs or involve my art in any Crypto-related projects.
• Clients may not use my art for AI learning programs including but not limited to: Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, etc. I do not consent to my art being fed into artificial learning applications and by purchasing any art from me, you agree to abstain from submitting or 'feeding' my art into any such program.
• Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.
• Payments after the sketch is approved.
• I do not accept refunds once the rendering has already started. STRICTLY no refunds.

Artist Preferences

• I will not draw any depictions of hateful or discriminatory content and/or fetish content.
• If your character has a complex design, I may charge additional fees on top of the base price. Otherwise, I will likely simplify the details.
• If the Client has requested it, Work in Progress screenshots of the art piece will be sent for any corrections or tweaks. Once the piece is completed, you may not ask for any major tweaks; such as changing the pose, changing the design, changing the lighting. Minor tweaks and corrections can be asked for!
• I mostly draw girls and have not had much practice drawing men, please do not commission me if you are seeking a drawing of a male character. Though if you really want it please discuss it with me first.

Payment Process

• Paypal only unless specified otherwise.
• I will ask for your Paypal Email and send you an Invoice. Payments are to be made AFTER the sketch is approved by you. (Special cases may apply where I ask for payment upfront, but only for commissions that are less than $35 USD. (i.e. Meme Redraws, quick sketch icons, etc.).
• Payment requested within any invoices sent will be in form of USD.
You, the client, will be expected to pay in the same currency.
• Once payment is received, I will keep in frequent contact with you to update you on my progress. I will likely give myself a loose time-frame to when I will be able to work on your commission, and any changes to that will be transparently discussed.
• Upon completion of the Art Piece, I will send an email to you with the high-res image(s).
• Please note that all of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the Artwork’s "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client.
• Nothing is ever intended by either me or the Client, to be physically shipped to them.
• I am not required ever to ship any item unless it was explicitly discussed.
• You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
• If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.
• You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.
• Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.
